Don't know if this applies to you but they did say this in regarding student tickets

Limited tickets are reserved for Students who are in the August 14-17 Orientation sessions. Those tickets will be available for August Orientation students only on Thursday, August 18 at 9am CT.
If you are a returning student, tickets have been available for purchase since 4/15.
If students in the final August orientations do not purchase the full allotment of tickets reserved for them, any remaining tickets will go on sale 9/1 at 10am CT.
