I cook, clean some, do laundry and yardwork. Both cook about 50% of the time and can handle ourselves pretty well in the kitchen. We both work full time, so we split everything pretty much evenly. If she didn't work, then yeah, I'd expect her to do a little more, but I'd still probably cook dinner some nights and do laundry. Those are two things I don't mind. And usually, whoever doesn't cook, cleans up after.

I enjoy cooking. I'm the griller as well. I got a BGE last fall, so I've been using that a whole lot in the past year. I used to work from home, so I could use it more during the week than I can now since I had more time. I'm better when I know exactly what I want to cook, but some weeknights we both get home and need to get something cooked to eat for our 3 year old and she's amazing at just looking in the fridge and pantry and have something really good done in about 20-30 minutes.

Working from home was nice too, in that I could just throw a load or two in the wash during the day and we didn't have to worry about it after the work day was over. I could take little breaks and sweep the floors, put up dishes, etc all during the day so we could relax after getting home, cooking dinner, putting the kid down... It was nice to be able to just sit and do nothing after that if we wanted to.

I wish! Profitability would probably be a lot quicker in that market.
