I say grab North Dakota State. They've already proven they can slap around top Big 12 teams while terrorizing the Big Ten as well. They may only have a handful of fans but those fans will damn sure tune in even if they are playing Iowa State.
Not to mention having a team around that is used to winning championships and expects to do so might rub off on the rest of the Big 12.

While North Dakota State may have done great recently against FBS teams besides Kansas State it's not like they've played great teams. But I do think they need to move up to the FBS.
