The best combination of speed, size and vision in the conference this year will be David Williams at SCAR ... but he's young (SO) and Wilds is in front of him at the moment.
Williams, at 6-1 224 running a legit 4.38 forty .... I dunno, we shall see how good he is this season. He shows absolute flashes of brilliance at times. He's amazingly quick and able to move laterally in a hurry for a kid his size. His problem has been that he's a little too muscle-bound and he's had an issue with hamstrings.

It's amazing how many people claim sub-4.4 forties. If Williams were actually that big and that fast, he wouldn't be riding pine. Being young doesn't keep RBs off the field. The correct answer is that he's not actually that big and fast.
