The Old 4th Ward has been totally overhauled. Work downtown and take Marta to and from work.
You could check out Cabbage Town, East Atlanta Village, Midtown, Virginia Highland, Little 5 Points, West End. Anywhere along the beltline. Ponce Market.

Buildings in 4th Ward overhauled but neighborhood pop not so much. I dare u to stop for gas at that Texaco after midnight.
