Okay, since you KEEP asking. JR was originally supposed to go to BCW. Recently he tells Auburn no, and instead goes to UGA where he (possibly) commits.
As a Georgia fan, that is one HECKUVA start to BCW.
Now, if you STILL don't get it, I can't help ya.

JR was originally supposed to go to BCW.
He was never on any committed list to attend BCW in the last month.
