I don't know why you're insinuating they are being paid. I mean, it is totally believable that Cam Newton tried to get $200,000 from MooState, and then decided an Auburn education was more valuable, and just decided to transfer there.

Just like it is believable that Patrick Peterson asked a Texas A&M assistant coach for 80k and then went to LSU for free
