re: Your favorite bourbon

I personally like the bold flavor/heat that comes with a higher alcohol content. My current favorites are:

Booker's
Pappy 15 Year
Old Granddad 114
Weller Antique
EH Taylor Barrel Proof
Willett Family Reserve (haven't tried a single bottle 6 years or older that I didn't like)

As the summer heats up, I will move what is left of these bottles to the back of the cabinet in exchange for easier sippers like

Buffalo Trace
Weller 12
Woodford Reserve
