Also, a picture of a reception (or an interception) isn't proof of anything. I'm not going to explain this because I shouldn't have to. If you think a picture of one moment of one game many years ago proves institutional (and incredibly risky) bias for or against a certain team, then you're too dumb to have a conversation with.
