My point was that I'd rather have either of them over Hudspeth.
Mostly, I think head coaches are figure head face men. I can only think of a few who did notably better at big programs than the level of support they were provided. They all know a ton about football, and most of them are fine at the other stuff. Where you have real problems is if you have a coach that isn't fine at the other stuff.
