No. The ACC and Big 12 are both marginalized and really meh beyond a few teams, with a lot of clunkers thrown in the mix. I like the current conferences. The SEC will never be dethroned.

This. The only 3 stable conferences are the SEC, Pac 10, and Big 10. I believe the ACC will survive, but the Big 12 will ultimately get cherry picked to help some conferences get to 16. We will ultimately end up with 4 16 team power conferences.
