I'm two weeks in and 5 pounds down. I'm 25 6'0 and weigh 209.

I was usually hovering around 200 before starting to work out about 9 month ago. I've since put on around 10 lbs of muscle and would like to keep the muscle and still get to 190.

I was 180 in my prime in high school.


Been budgeting for 1600 calories a day. Workout 5 times a week.

Cheat on Saturdays. Eat as much as I want.
