Tennessee's talent is improving very quickly and will without a doubt be near the very top tier of the conference in a year or so.

Can Butch Jones coach that talent up? I doubt it very seriously with his offensive philosophy and poor game management. The next coach will be walking in to a very good situation though.

I'll say. Averages right at 8 wins a year at current school and averages 9 a year for a career including his stints at a lower level 1A school and an NAIA one too.
