I prefer metric units to imperial units. So does everyone I know who actually has to perform calculations like these. The only people I've ever met who don't prefer the metric system are ideologues who never actually have to use this stuff. Basically, they're idiots.

Metric system should be base 12. Base 10 isn't useful.
