Just FYI, offender (which I hate, btw). Convict has a better "ring" to it. I'm quite sure you're aware of your status (I was of mine) but just in case, if you've completed you parole supervision, you can vote.

Yes I am fully aware of my status, and on March 31st of next year I fully intend to register again and (without going into specifics) on April 1st I will file my petition to restore all my rights.
