Here's my proposal to clean up elections:
Only real live persons can contribute to campaign funds. No PACs, no corporations - actual persons only.
But the biggest thing to clean them up would be only people registered to vote in that election can donate to the campaign. That would get rid of the George Soros' of the world dumping money into a Congressional race and buying a seat in an election they are not even a resident of.
