Just in the OP she claims rape and then they say the photo was sexually explicit in nature.
ETA: if she was only wearing a t-shirt, I'm not sure how the photos wouldn't be sexually explicit...

Ok Joey I am not going to get in an argument here. How a woman is just in a shirt for photos can be labeled sexually explicit is a stretch bro.
