Well, most people aren't going to call the cops and claim they were just violated under video voyeurism. Rape would be the obvious complaint against such actions.

ETA: if she was only wearing a t-shirt, I'm not sure how the photos wouldn't be sexually explicit...

I think she claimed rape for a reason.

Ok Joey I am not going to get in an argument here. How a woman is just in a shirt for photos can be labeled sexually explicit is a stretch bro.
