Mullen didn't really develop Tebow...he was born with God given talent that he himself honed in the weight room and practice field...you cant coach determination.

Back to the subject at hand: Its hard to say what Grier will do...he didn't play against top teams in high school (sorta like Driskel)and I will play wait and see. Treon worries me because although he has athletic ability to run...he was thrown for losses a lot when attempting passes...he seemed much more suited for designed run plays. Passing is still a work in progress until further notice. We need a leader and a positive direction on offense and Grier seems to be likely to provide that...in other words...a fresh start.

I still think Treon has a shot to win the job. I know the FSU game, especially that last drive wasn't the greatest sight.

But he made a few ballsy decisions in that game and never appeared to lose his confidence. A few more calls go our way (that dumb sequence with the personal foul on Pittman) and who knows if we're having a QB discussion right now.
