Not possible, not an elite11 QB, not a 4star, not wanted by anyone until Arkansas was left with no other options after the big star qb got away.

The only two QBs to go 28+ TDs and less than 5 INTs were Tebow (30/4) in 2009 and McCarron in 2012 (30/3).
