If I had to venture a guess, no one has mentioned T stand because it's unforgivable to microwave a quesadilla and charge money for it. Admittedly, I haven't been to a T stand in years, so maybe they've up'd their game. But back in the day their quesadillas were microwaved. That's ridiculous.

To be clear, I loathe Taco Stand. I only mentioned it because I recall my wife used to really like the burritos and I'd stomach that junk just for her. That and it's been a relative staple in Athens for forever, so I just figured someone would bring it up by default.
