I mean UK kids infest that place like crazy six weeks out of the year. It's a big part of going to school there. That said, I'm not sure we're ranking the same things if you're discounting fun things that aren't directly tied to the university.

I understand what you're saying but it's just hard to set parameters when you're including offerings of medium-large cities against the quaintness and pace of Oxford, Mississippi.

I'd want to do both but in completely different ways.
