Now that I think about it, that's a pretty small group of people. I wonder if some of them have ties to LSU? I can't figure out how else to make sense of Baton Rouge being so high. That place is a cesspool.

Baton Rouge and Knoxville are always overrated in my opinion. Both have good schools and are fun, but are in something of dumpy settings. Plus they're too large to be that highly ranked while also being kinda shitty.

As much as I like LSU, I agree with this... While on my way to New Orleans, I drove through that dump... To say that it was an ugly city is an insult to the word ugly.. And that river looks like something out of Chernobyl...
