Flip Tuscaloosa and Auburn then move Baton Rouge behind them and I mostly agree

Same. Though I think Athens should be #1. Baton Rouge should be behind Auburn and Alabama, but I don't really care which between Auburn and Tuscaloosa is ahead. To me you really need separate categories. Auburn and Oxford go on one side, Knoxville and Nashville and Baton Rouge on another.

It gets harder with Athens and Tuscaloosa, because Athens is good sized but feels quaint at times, while Tuscaloosa isn't a metropolis, but isn't Athens either.

There isn't a road in Athens that is as busy of backed up on a constant basis as McFarland Bvd. from I-20 headed West... I have a customer I have to visit once a month on Rice Mine Rd. & that 5.5 mile trip from I-20 takes anywhere from 25-30 minutes minimum every time I visit...

Only place I hate worse is a customer I visit the same day that is 7 miles south of I-459 on 280...
