Maybe she went a little too far with the insults, but the tow person probably deserved it.

Also, what the frick is this doing in the news in the first place? This was between the girl and the tow people. frick all this internet outrage over every little thing. People are some baby back bitches now days.

It's both. I have little sympathy for towing companies, but this particular one reads like they are everything we hate about towing companies. I'm sure they deserve every insult they got.

However, she works in the media and should understand a little bit about PR. She is told she's on camera after she tells the attendant about her awesome TV job. Shut up and just pay your bill. Then use your platform to share your story of their shady behavior. Instead, she went all privileged and entitled all over the attendant. That's not going to win you any sympathy, no matter the shittiness of the company.
