Cam had a solid team around him including 4 seniors starting on the OLine, a solid running back, and a good defense.
JFF had basically 3 other players on the team that were good.
I can't think of any team that's won a Natty solely because of QB play.

I think it's safe to say Cam helped make Dyer the threat he was. Especially seeing how his career ended up playing out.
