Size of the enrollment has basically doubled (which helps with the PUF), size of endowments, size of research monies, establishment of campus' abroad in both Tel Aviv, Israel (only U.S. university to have a campus in Israel..we are doing tech sharing with them) as well as Qatar. The Bush School of Intl Affairs is very good and new as well. The skew will likely come from idiot neocon statements by politicians which punished A&M, the acceptance rate skew (which is frustrating because despite the appearance of a high rate, it's much harder to get in now), and the fact we don't give a shite about liberal arts. A&M grads make more than UT grads on average, thats been posted. I think it was a Stanford recruiting tool where they showed average salary after X years Stanford was obviously #1 but yeah. They also bought a law school like what..2 years ago? It was a lesser one but like anything, they are building it up but it has a rankings hit. This was because the leg didn't want to build another one so like other places (Michigan St. buying Detroit Law School etc), we bought one. In terms of real world employment etc., we are significantly better off. We have one of the best ROIs, being both fairly affordable to most other schools while also giving most of our students, especially in STEM and business great careers. I really don't have the time to flesh all of that out to be honest, but that would be my assessment. It's much better for employment and opportunities in general than ever before.
