No, the better question is does beating a strong team offset losing to a weak one?

I remember the ecstasy of beating UF in '97 quickly followed by the agony of losing to Mississippi the next week.

There are teams I want to beat more than other teams and there are teams I don't want to lose to more than other teams.

I'd be hard pressed choosing between beating A&M and losing to Bama or Beating Bama and losing to A&M next season.
