Are you crazy. Black cops patrolling black citizens would only lead to trouble. Have you ever seen training day? Denzel patrolling the hood is exactly how that would turn out. Or practically any city with a black mayor. Nothing but corruption.

So should black cops patrol white citizens?
You're speaking as if you think black people are inherently bad/corrupt.
