It would be pretty difficult to beat hard scientific data that lays out what happens. Emotional arguments are great for TV, not that great for juries, especially when they're going up against science.

That assumes juries are dispassionate rational people. They're not. And a lot of times, they're ignorant. It's why they're on the jury in the first place.

You'd be surprised. Whether guilty or not, OJ's team played to emotions. Fuhrman. If it doesn't fit, you must acquit.

What juries don't like are irrefutable liars. The fact this cop came out with his story to fast and got caught red handed apparently is what will set a jury off against him. More than the video.
