So we will just assume that it all is, creating the need for sweeping broad changes made to the police forces across America?

It seems irresponsible, to make the sweeping changes that so many are calling for based off a handful of high-profile cases.

Body cameras are something that I can absolutely agree with. They protect good cops and punish bad cops. All should be able to agree that's a net positive.
