I would be unsurprised to see the usual cop defenders tell me how that could have happened because the cop did everything right.
We have a video of a kid sitting at a picnic table, cops pulling up and shooting him and cop defenders with 2,000 reasons it was a good shoot. And that was on video.

It doesn't matter what cop defenders would say. Forensics and ballistics should be enough to convict the cop in this case. The fact that it's on video is just an added bonus

But but but he had a toy gun, he should have thrown himself to the ground in that .04 seconds he had after the cops pulled all the way up on the grass instead of on the street and securing the area. Kid was asking for it if you as me. He's 12 or something. He knows about stupid games.

We haven't ever had this type of video before. Most cops do fine. Some people get killed but that's what happens when you pay your cops dick. This was murder bass on the video by mistakes happen, sometimes deadly mistakes, but I don't think that calls for being sentenced to life when we as the public asked them to go in that situation and don't pay them enough to be expected to be experts at what they do.
