Shy Tuttle is going through his first spring so I don't know if he counts but he has made noise every day on the practice field and improved everyday. His also received a lot of praise.
Josh Dobbs - this Spring has see a lot of improvement in his consistency throwing the ball. He's excelling as the team's unquestioned leader. Coach DeBo has helped all the QBs improve.
There are others but those two come to mind at once. Shy has been a big surprise and what conditioning problems he had earlier he just gets better at every day.

There has been some buzz about Kendal Vickers at DT as well.
