If People want Everyone to be treated as Equals then you are flat out wrong.
If a young man (of any color) wants to be treated with respect then he better treat others with respect.
When he doesn't treat others with respect, then others won't respect him. And, they shouldn't.
This has nothing to do with race. Therefore, if Kaminisky called Harrison the exact same derogatory name, it is not any more, or any less, worse than Harrison doing it. It simply shows Harrison being a disrespectful, young kid, who did not have the self control needed when he needed to have it.

A man lost his job for referring to a team as "nappy headed hoes" Was it a good thing to say? Not at all. Was it worse than eff you N? I wouldn't say so
