Yes I do but if people aren't going to do a simple thing like getting a shot that will keep a deadly disease from coming back and spreading, possibly killing thousands then I feel there should be the same consequences as any other event that takes a life, or if you put them all together in one place and let nature take its course you don't need to worry about rights because they'll all be dead.
