A coaches track record is a pretty good indicator of coaching success and talent. Used 10 years since it was a round number.
Those questioning Bert's ranking, he simply needs to have more time to go up the ranking. Has to prove he can win at Arky first.

Why don't you look at his success vs his strength of schedule. Who really gives a shite if the coach is 120-0 in 12 years if his SOS is 125th
