This is the situation you end up with by actively recruiting a guy kicked off another team for arrests. Had JT never been arrested and kicked off UGA, this is not a major problem....girl admits she lied so he is back on the team, end of story. Now Saban's hands are tied. Haul in the top recruiting classes every damn year - focus on those guys. Leave the "projects" from other another team's cast-offs to get rehabilitated elsewhere.

Alabama is not in deperation mode to fill a roster spot with a high risk individual.

I hope the adminstration has learned a lesson.
