It always amazes me that anytime politics comes up on this board the "you Christians" comments start to fly.

I'm well aware of the fact that I'm not perfect and even though I think this bill has some problems, I think it's a step forward for Religious Freedom. I don't have the right to judge another but at the same time I SHOULD have the right not to associate with what I might consider sinful activity.

It really seems to center on what people consider wrong and not. For instance, I consider homosexuality a sin period. Just as Adultery, fornication, etc.

I would bet the same rights would not be given to child molesters, but homosexual sodomy is fine with "you non Christian" folks as long as it is adults doing the act.

There is already religious freedom in this country.

The bill was an effort to infringe on the civil rights of individuals and discriminate against individuals using religion as a justification for the discrimination which is not a protected right of practicing religion in this country.
