I saw you calling out my name earlier. Thank you.

I can't say that Dickson has any places that are hippy or NASCAR specific. There's isn't a country bar, either. Although it does get washed in NASCARity annually every September when Toby Keith's anus opens wide and spews every Okie on two wheels into our fair city. I've learned to leave town for that shitfest.

Hippies, by definition, are mostly older people. They might be around Dickson during the day, but seem to drink more in places like Woodstone and Greenhouse in the Mill Dist. Or Bear's on 15th. Happy Hour at George's is also a treat for 60-something Earth Mama's and their admirers. Now "Hipsters" is a whole other deal, and Dickson is full of them, although Block Ave's bars and the square is more hipstery than Dickson.

As for Dickson St proper, I'm thinking most all of the bars are pretty diverse, as diverse as you can get with having about 90% white people. Richer, poorer, younger, older. Its not really all that specific. There are some places like Bordino's, Theos, Table that might skew a bit older, and there are places like Z's and Lit and Shotz that are almost exclusively college-aged. The rest are a mix, mostly under 40 type crowd. The younger set doesn't really even hit the street until around 10pm because the bars don't close until 2. Its spring break this week, though, so you should be able to find a nice patio somewhere with very little effort and parking should be easy, too.

If you are genuinely trying to avoid places with skinny jeans and facial hair, I don't think that's possible anywhere in Fayetteville.
