MasterAg, If for what ever reason you want to be surrounded by all of the college students, check out Cumberland Avenue aka The Strip. Although, I'm not sure when spring break is, so it may or may not be dead depending on if school is out or not. There's a hilton hotel located on the same street if that's more your cup of tea. Doubtful, but thought I'd throw that out there never the less.

Since we dont play yall till forever. I kinda want to get a feel of what the students do on the weekends. Plus, I'm most likely gonna be by myself, and not too old that I can't shave my face and be mistaken for a grad student.

I appreciate the time you put into posting photos and the rec's.

No problem

Also, I forgot to mention that Cumberland Ave.(Main street where the students are at) will be under construction for the next 2 years as they are going in and redesigning it(Been needed for the last 3 decades). So I'm not sure the experience will quite be there for you on your trip, but I hope so. Knoxville has done a good job of revitalizing all the different areas of downtown/campus over the past 5-10 years. The only bad thing that comes with that Is the construction.

Also, this would be my at the top of my recommendations. If you get a chance, check out a spot called Bearden Beer Market about 5 minutes out from campus. Just past sorority row. Personally, it's my favorite spot in Knoxville. It's a locals/Knoxville spot so most out of towners aren't aware of it. It's a huge beer garden with a ton of open space. Plenty of tables, corn hole, bball goal etc. It has a unique California vibe going on with it IMO that no other place in Knoxville has. Great crowd of people. Huge selection of craft beer on top and in bottles. Extremely dog friendly

It's a gem and there's almost always some away fans who manage to find it and show up on game day and have a great time.

Here's A few pictures:
