That's it. He might want to consider staying there depending on his price range or visiting the speak easy. The hotel is boutique so it's expensive. It would be a good base to explore Market Sq. and Downtown from.

You are correct as usual, Prof.
It's basically in Market Square. It's directly behind Tupelo Honey, so that works perfect for going to Market Square, The Old City, or Gay St.
MasterAg, If for what ever reason you want to be surrounded by all of the college students, check out Cumberland Avenue aka The Strip. Although, I'm not sure when spring break is, so it may or may not be dead depending on if school is out or not. There's a hilton hotel located on the same street if that's more your cup of tea. Doubtful, but thought I'd throw that out there never the less.

Yeah... Looks like I won't be staying at the Oliver. Kinda expensive. Restaurant looks good though. Thanks for all the info Prof, TRT!
