Yeah.. traffic through there is going to come to a crawl until 2017

They'll do most of the construction in the summer time when UT only has about tenth of its students, staff, faculty on campus and very few events. The strip turns into a ghost town when UT is out of session. I forget which road it was back of this but they got it done in the summer to avoid messing gamedays.
