if they are not going to demo it they need to either pump another 50mil into to make it comparable, or leave it standing for the other sports and ceremonies and build a basketball only venue with top notch facilites

Not disagreeing but womens BB does not play there. Volleyball does not play in the main gym. I think there is a small gym underneath. Only thing they share the main floor with is the womens gym. and they are on Friday nights.
