if you can get 2 of the best in state yearly and grab at least one stud from say Ga I think it will work. They have put a ton of money into Coleman and I doubt they demo it.

if they are not going to demo it they need to either pump another 50mil into to make it comparable, or leave it standing for the other sports and ceremonies and build a basketball only venue with top notch facilites
