I agree that there is no need right now to do a major expansion but FWIW according to AU the above statements have been incorrect in the most recent short term. They say we have sold out 9 straight going back to late 2013 including all 3 lesser games last year. LINK

I've been told about the press box moving to the North end zone & making the current one another Club level for months now. I'm still not sure how I feel about that. Thoughts?

Yeah that's the lag effect from going to a national championship recently. I'm sure the beginning of 2011 saw the same effect. That's very shortsighted if they make decisions based solely on recent results.
