Alabama has a slightly better basketball fanbase than Auburn, but honestly, we're both pretty shitty in the dept
Auburn fans jumped on teh bandwagon with the Parl hire, off it during the season and back on again during the SEC tourney
our fans abandoned ship around the OT loss to Arky
I'd say our infrastructure is pretty similar but again that's nothing to brag about - Alabama has had more success in the past, and in the more recent past, but that can only get you so far

Auburn fans jump on the bandwagon earlier and stay on later than Alabama fans. Unlike football you don't need the fanbase size as much as commitment to filling the seats and having a rabid fanbase.

We stayed on for a very long while until we started getting shelled by 30 for a couple weeks in a row
