That is so true. Imagine an election where the issues were economic and not social. I doubt it'll ever happen.

This is why I've been a Libertarian for nearly 20 years.
That being said, you could also point out all the morons on the West Coast and North East from the other party that are as economically clueless as the southern conservatives are about social issues.
