The guy deserves a year or two of recruiting in a decent facility. Can't fire him after a year of playing on the road.

This is his 6th season as head coach. I think we kind of know what Gaspard is and is not. Woefully inconsistent like he was as Northwestern State. His best season was year one with Jim Wells' leftovers. He's only finished above .500 in conference play once.
