Good point, WG. I am not arguing on who is best or whatever, but from appearances Chubb will easily pass Gurley in all departments. Let's take their best years, for example (although Chubb was only a freshman):

Gurley - 2012 (2013 receiving was pretty good, though):
Att: 222; YDS: 1385; AVG: 6.2; LNG: 55; TD: 17
Receiving - 16; YDS: 117; AVG: 7.3; LNG: 23; TD: 0

Chubb - 2014 (only 1 season)
ATT: 219; YDS: 1547; AVG: 7.1; LNG: 83; TD: 14
Receiving: 18; YDS: 213; AVG: 11.8; LNG: 27; TD: 2

So, based off of comparisons, one can't really say who is better. Of course Chubb did that not starting every game last year - and eclipsed Gurley's best year. Any way one looks at it, there is NO drop-off from one to another.

I wonder what a SEC linebacker who played against both would say. The horse and speed of Gurley, versus the hard to find powerdriving Chubb.

I am not voting either way, I just wonder which causes the most pre-game stress to the defense.
