Gurley was quite simply a generational back in college. Ran hard, ran angry and was just better than everyone else on the field.

Chubb could get there...so far, he seems to be missing the anger but what is really special about him is his ability to change direction in traffic, and even while someone is trying to tackle him, find daylight and score. He also seems to just refuse to go down on first, or even second contact.
