We have a top tier coaching salary, assistant coaching salary, stadium, fan support, recruiting base, conference(TV deal & exposure) and other facilities.
The only think we are lacking is the history of a Alabama, USC, or Notre Dame.

you say this like it's such a small thing
I think aTm is a great job given you get to recruit out of Texas and play in the SEC. But you share a state that is also listed as the #1 job...
that will always make life hard on whoever is coaching at aTm
